These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information related to commercial real estate and may include market commentary, examples, and other content intended for informational purposes only. 3) No Brokerage Relationship Created by Use

BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If liability is found despite the above, our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Site operator and Norris & Stevens, Inc. from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13) Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
