These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If liability is found despite the above, our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

We may modify or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
